<p>Saptamana trecuta, pe 2.01.2010, am inaugurat anul nou skiistic cu Relu, la ski la <a title="isola2000" href="http://www.isola2000.com" target="_blank">Isola2000</a> . Nu am mai prins returul est ca anul trecut, dar a fost misto. In plus am  profitat de okazie sa imi testez noile skiuri Coreupt Candide Pow, care le pomeneam acum cateva posturi.</p>

<p>Asadar deci, sambata dimineata, sa zicem pe la un 9 si ceva, plecam spre Isola. De la mine e cam o ora jumate, drumul e foarte spectaculos prin niste chei super misto. Dar mai ales, drumul era bine dezapezit.</p>

<p>In sfarsit, ajunsi in parcarea de jos ne echipam, Relu isi inchiriaza skiuri si ne indreptam spre telescaunul din stanga.</p>

<p>Ajunsi sus eu sunt nerabdator sa testez skiurile in conditii cat mai variate, asa ca ne bagam pe o aratura, printre niste copaci. Zapada e o combinatie de crusta inghetata si pudra inghetata. Coreupt-urile taie bine, intra usor in curba chiar si in conditiile respective destul de naspa. Crusta mi s-a parut foarte clar mai usor de abordat fata de precedentele mele Volkl Carver Axis, din glorioasa epoca de piatra.<br />
Fiind twintip, nu agata zapada, deci e ok din acest punct de vedere.<br />
Din pacate noi continuam aratura aiurea, si ne trezim in zona cu hoteluri, de unde trebuie sa o luam un pic la picior si sa coboram cu un funicular la partii. Naspa.</p>

<p>Dupa jumatea de ora pierduta, luam cabina spre varful Pelevos, cu gondola Mercantour. De aici avem acces la inca cateva vai/cabluri:St. Saveur, Sisteron, Merlier, Mene.</p>

<p>Din pacate nu urcam pe varful Sisteron de unde cica se vede marea, pentru ca eu am uitat pe care trebuie sa urcam. Next time.</p>
<p>in josul vaii este o cabanuta, La Valette, unde anu trecut am mancat bine cu J. Acum nu ne oprim.</p>

<p>Pe partii profit sa testez Coreupt-urile in conditii de:</p>
<p>- viteza/stabilitate, aici imi era frica, fiind de doar 174 si eu obisnuit cu 191. Dar se comporta extrem de stabil, nu se compara cu <a title="elan speedwave de vanzare" href="http://www.mateilaudoniu.ro/?page_id=289" target="_blank">Elan-urile</a> care vrea sa le vanda Matei.Poate si raza de 23 m isi spune cuvantul.</p>
<p>- ski de partie: am incercat ce scheme si ce stiluri mi-au trecut prin minte. Skiul intra bine in viraj, nu am simtit deloc cotele de 124/92/114. Pe de alta parte, se zice ca un skior bun skiaza bine cu orice skiuri, asa ca poate ca nu sunt o referinta buna. Ceea ce mi-a placut insa este ca nu am avut emotii pe gheata, si nu doar din cauza canturilor noi.</p>
<p>Am vazut destul de multi versanti scursi, unii in zone unde chiar nu ma asteptam, cu padure and shit.Riscul de avalansa era 3, si unele piste erau inchise. Nu mai vorbesc de unele offpiste <img src='http://www.snowunderstarlight.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>Spre final am schimbat versantul, pentru ca soarele apunea si era inca pe stanga, unde fusesem prima data. Aici spre final eun teleski care e f abrut, si face curbe <img src='http://www.snowunderstarlight.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> , si care te duce pe la 2600 de m in final. Soarele apunea si lumina era fantastica, destul de aproape de ce am obtinut eu din white balance.</p>

<p>Vremea a fost destul de misto pt ski, dar batea un vant de&#8217;ti cadeau coaiele. La plecare erau -9 grade. Vizionati filmul urmator ca exemplificare:</p>

Desi e destul de grea si cam incomoda, e necesara pe vai si nu numai &#8230; si nu doar ca sa arati kewl. Are o curea reglabila, si pare destul de solida. Sper sa nu am ocazia sa o testez prea curand, mai ales ca cica ar trebui aruncata dupa un &#8220;test&#8221; serios.</p>
<p>Mai imi trebuie si o armura pentru spate &#8230; Arva &#8230; si sunt pregatit .. lol.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Duminica trecuta, 13.02.2006, am fost la ski si am putut sa testez rezultatul operatiunilor de intretinere efectuate si descrise in articolele precedente. Astfel:</p>
<p>- canturile: sunt chiar prea ascutite, am fost putin deranjat pentru ca taiau zapada foarte puternic (zapada batatorita, <-5 grade), si nu imi mai ieseau virajele asa &#8220;carve&#8221; cand vroiam <img src='http://www.snowunderstarlight.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p>- talpa: nu am simtit o schimbare reala, dar cel putin stiu ca acele gauri nu se vor adanci sau altceva.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In episodul de astazi voi descrie ascutirea canturilor. Ascutirea canturile esto o operatie care se face cel mai bine intr-un centru specializat, dar se pot obtine rezultate multumitoare si in conditii &#8220;amateur&#8221;.<br />
<strong>Dar atentie, facuta gresit, o astfel de operatie poate reduce performanta skiurilor!</strong> Nu faceti asa ceva daca nu stiti ce faceti, sau nu sunteti sigur de tehnica.</p>
<p>Asadar, care e scopul? Canturile sunt zona principala de interactiune intre skior si zapada in viraje in zapada suficient de compacta (zapada comuna de partie), inghetata, firn, sau chiar gheata.</p>
<p>In functie de zapada tinta (care e considerata limita de siguranta) ascutirea canturilor se face in mod diferit. Teoria ca teoria, dar in practica ceea ce se intampla e asa: skiezi pe gheata, pietre, pamant, freci skiurile pe asfalt cand tie lene sa le dai jos, etc, etc si pe urma te trezesti ca ai canturile tocite si nu te mai tin cand skiezi, ergo esti numai in cur cand faci viraje cu figuri. <p>Cand se face aceasta operatie? In principal o singura data pe sezon, la inceput.</p>
<p>So, in afara de varianta profesionista, se poate achiziona asa ceva:</p>

<p>Este un edge tunner toko, l-am luat acum vreo 2 ani din Metro cu vreo 500 si ceva de mii (daca mai tin minte bine), si este instrumentul principal in aceasta operatie.</p>
<p>In afara de el este nevoie de un smirghel fin<br />

<p>Un marker negru, si o pila fina.</p>

<p>Aceasta pila poate fi orientata vertical sau orizontal, in functie de unghiul de ascutire dorit. Acest tunner oferea un unghi de 1 grad in plus sau in minus, adica cu priza mai buna sau mai slaba. Noi o sa vrem priza mai buna, bineinteles.</p>
<p>In plus mai avem o periuta de sarma, utila in curatarea pilei.</p>

Pacientele? Aceleasi Volkl Carver Axis facute varza. Sa le vedem din nou:</p>

<p>Canturile sunt destul de lovite, indoite in unele zone, naspa &#8230; ce sa zic.</p>
<p>In primul rand se observa indoiri ale cantului. In aceste zone trebuie sa fim atentie, ca sa nu luam prea mult din cant.</p>
<p>Cu markerul se trage pe cant o linie, ca sa stim ce zone au fost ascutite (se ia cand se ascute). Pornind de la coada se trece spre varf, apasand usor, de mai multe ori si in aceeasi directie in fiecare zona. Se insista mai mult in zona de torsiune fiind foarte importanta.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cu totii stim ca skiurile se ceruiesc, se repara, se ascut dar, sa fim seriosi, majoritatea skiorilor ignora astfel de tratamente pentru ca par dificil de realizat si probabil influentand destul de putin performanta reala a skiurilor.<br />
De aceea, in aceasta serie de articole voi propune niste abordari realiste asupra a ce poti sa faci fara a exagera in nici o directie.</p>
<p>1. Repararea talpii skiului</p>
<p>In special practicati skiul extrem/freeride veti da de multe ori peste pietre, stanci sau chiar gheata foarte dura care pot lasa urme adanci pe skiuri, in unele cazuri chiar penetrand prin toata grosimea bazei. De obicei cele mai grave sunt in zona de torsiune, unde se aplica cea mai puternica forta la directionarea skiurilor.<br />
Astfel de exemple extreme poate fi gasit pe skiurile mele:</p>

<p>De ce ar trebui acoperite aceste gauri? Neregularitati-le de pe baza reduc vizibil viteza in special in zone cu panta redusa, si reprezinta locuri unde alte pietre si stanci se pot agata, adancind gaurile si posibil (daca sunt pe margine, langa cant) putant indoi sau chiar rupe cantul. Nemaivorbind de eventualele accidente ce se pot produce in acest fel. Asa mi s-a intamplat mie cu skiurile mele precedente.</p>
<p>Cum se pot repara? Exista niste betisoare speciale care se utilizeaza in acest scop. Sunt facute dintr-un material asemanator bazei skiurilor si sunt destul de usor de utilizat. Atentie, baza poate fi neagra sau alba, existand deci 2 tipuri de betisoare.<br />

<p>Asa ceva puteti cumpara din Metro sau alte supermarketuri cu aproximativ 8 RON. Probabil ca se gasesc si in magazinele de specialitate dar mai scumpe <img src='http://www.snowunderstarlight.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Pacientul :  Volkl Carver Axis 1.91 m. Skieurile mele au deja niste ani buni de frecat de pietre conform filosofiei &#8220;fara mila&#8221;, si sunt pacienti ideali pentru un astfel de tratament.<br />
Iata cum arata inainte de operatie:</p>

<p>Destul de varza in zona de torsiune.<br />
Materiale necesare:<br />
- betisoarele de reparatii:</p>

- o camera aerisita sau in aer liber (o sa iasa un fum cam naspa)<br />
- o bucata de metal sau cum am folosit eu, un recipient cu apa pentru scurgerea si stingerea betisoarelor aprinse:</p>

- ziare sau ceva de pus sub zona de lucru pentru ca sigur vor cadea picaturi fierbinti si in alte locuri<br />
- o bricheta pentru aprinderea betisoarelor</p>
<p>Procedura consta in principiu in aprinderea unui betisor la un capat si picurarea sau tragerea lui in zona gaurii. Aceasta operatie trebuie repetata si insistat pe zonele cu gauri adanci pentru ca este nevoie de mai multe straturi pentru a acoperi complet gaura. Iata un exemplu, o gaura foarte adanca exact langa cant:</p>

<p>Desi mi-au cazut picaturi si prin alte parti nu deranjeaza pentru ca oricum materialul este excelent dpdv al alunecarii, si daca se doreste se poate curata usor.</p>

<p>In poza de mai jos se observa ca in unele locuri cantul a fost acoperit de picaturi. Se pot inlatura usor cu un cutit, nu adereaza prea tare de cant.</p>

<p>Rezultat final: majoritatea gaurilor adanci au fost acoperite, s-au redus mult posibilitatile de adancire si agravare a gaurilor, si in plus s-a imbunatatit viteza de alunecare.</p>
